Abstract


With the development of economy and society , the leisure life in the everyday life of college students occupy an increasingly important position in college students leisure is less formal classes and meet the physical needs of discretionary time and their living conditions . College students in the physical and mental development , the formation of a critical period of life, values ??, worldview , their thirst for knowledge , thinking, active, open-minded and receptive to new things . A lot of leisure is not yet mature students , such as a double-edged sword , a healthy upward leisure life can enhance the quality of life of college students . Conversely , vulgar , passive leisure life damage students physical and mental health , and even lead to antisocial personality disorder , crime and other serious social problems . Therefore, the concern of the leisure life of college students guide college students reasonable scientific use of leisure time , improve the quality of the leisure life of college students and social development is of great significance . This article by questionnaires and interviews , three of Henan Province, Zhengzhou University , Henan University , Zhengzhou Light Industry University 560 college students found that college students leisure life the following problems: a poor sense of leisure arbitrary ; leisure activity level is low , the network become an important leisure activities ; leisure poor knowledge , lack of leisure skills ; few groups of activities , individualized activities . On this basis , Singapore, the United States , Taiwan Students leisure living conditions , to draw domestic and foreign college students' leisure life similarities and differences and draw points . Finally , this article on how to solve the problems in the lives of college students' leisure corresponding countermeasures : optimization of the elective system and curriculum ; strengthen the organization and management of leisure activities ; create good leisure culture ; guiding role of the prominent family ; build community leisure guide mechanism ; prominent public entertainment , leisure services, institutional capacity ; self-directed play college students the ability .
