Abstract


Schools are purposeful, planned and organized to teach the younger generation a certain scientific and cultural knowledge, skills and values, specialized training personnel for the community organizations, community based on a certain geographic area-based social groups. School community rooted in a certain area among the community structures affecting school-related education and teaching; school is the core of the national education system, modernization can provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support, should become the community's cultural stronghold in promoting community building to enhance the spiritual and cultural level of community members play an important role. Since the 1990s, parts of the country began to advocate close cooperation between schools and the community. Shanghai Pudong New Area schools and community interaction started earlier, running with a certain normative and systematic, Huaiyin District of Jinan City, Shandong Province, in practice, efforts to build a school, family and community education model three-pronged. Overall, the practice has yielded some success, but there are also many problems need to be urgently addressed, mainly in the concept behind the development is unbalanced, safeguard mechanism is not perfect, inadequate integration of resources and other aspects. Based on the concept of lifelong education, education reform in countries around the world have emphasized the cooperation between schools and community interaction. Community colleges in the United States as a typical representative of the New American Schools and parents, schools and community groups to strengthen ties through mutual communication and cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation. Taiwan region of China in recent years to focus on school and community in the school community-based implementation, and in practice has achieved some level of success for our healthy community-school relationships built to provide a reference. New Century Talents schools must break the old concept of equal education, school education should be the need to work closely with community development together. Schools and communities in the communication process of the two entities should follow some basic principles, including: people-oriented principle and goal orientation principle, the principle of innovation and overall coordination principles. According to China's national conditions and local realities, interactive Participants should raise awareness, new ideas, recognizing the interaction and cooperation between schools and the community is an inevitable choice for the development of history, through the government, regulatory and funding to build schools and three levels community interaction and cooperation of protection mechanisms and through reform of the school system of internal management efforts to increase the educational supervision and evaluation, active use of modern information technology and other means to establish cooperation between schools and community interaction operating mechanism. From a global point of view the whole education, community building should be developed together with the school, and will interact with the community school as education reform is one of the important objectives and measures, which alter the reality of the plight of Education to develop a comprehensive development individuals as well as to enhance China's comprehensive national strength has a positive practical significance.
