Abstract


With the market of fine chemicals sales more competitive, types of customers selling products, order response time, logistics and distribution aspects of the quality of services have become increasingly demanding. Whether a firm can foothold in the market competition and expand market share, improving all aspects of the Invoicing response speed is critical. How to improve logistics efficiency and reduce inventory, procurement costs have become the most important issue to be faced.In this paper, QS Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd. course in logistics and distribution problems arising in the background, based on the reason that fine chemicals are hazardous chemicals which can not be outsourced to the general logistics and distribution, the paper analyses QS Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd’s problem about distribution management, introduces an e-commerce platform to improve order processing efficiency from the internal processes and internal management of the two aspects, and establishes the distribution centers and forms self-distribution logistics and distribution teams to reduce costs and solve problems in sales management of the impact of logistics and distribution. Logistics and distribution system is proposed to optimize the specific method. And further propose optimization of logistics distribution from internal management in low service quality, high staff turnover, and suppliers’management under new operating system. Finally, the future development direction of the follow-up QS firm, with the progressive development of QS companies can provide their own brand of products supply and services offer. Even become a third-party logistics service provider during the sales of fine chemicals industry. At the end of paper, make a summary of the research article and from tow aspects of theoretical and practical provide some useful reference methods.
