Abstract


Prospective teachers of this article is the full-time Master of Education in the internship phase . Both classroom teaching , including teachers, including student teaching activities positions . By studying the three languages ??of classroom teaching prospective teachers found their classroom teaching the following characteristics : Concerned about the default teaching process ; certain degree of independence in the interpretation of the teaching materials ; to some extent according to the characteristics of the students take the appropriate teaching methods . However , the language of prospective teachers in the classroom teaching there are some problems : the lack of disciplinary expertise and practical knowledge . The lack of disciplinary expertise and practical knowledge of their classroom teaching a certain negative impact . Based on existing research, I propose the following : the diversification of teaching objectives , improve microteaching : adjust education internship arrangements so students have ample time to reflect on better realize the value of educational practice ; self-accumulation disciplinary expertise ; Using the case method, for the lack of practical experience of teaching prospective teachers to provide a text to show the process of classroom teaching , from which the actual teaching situation of the other teachers , to study , appreciate the unpredictability of the classroom and authenticity to help prospective teachers can adapt faster to the teaching situation .
