Abstract


Since the early 1980s, China's basic education information technology is gradually put on the agenda. With the implementation of the project \When all aspects of the joint development of the educational information to a certain extent, the school education information on China's basic education informationization a hot, underdeveloped areas of the school of education information more the value of research, such as for more people to provide equal educational opportunities, shorten the gap in education, the country could save a lot of funds for redundant construction, and improve the quality of teaching. Therefore, the the papers selected primary and secondary schools in the Southwest region as a starting point, and study less developed areas of basic education status quo, Problems and Countermeasures. This thesis with a literature study, research method and the comparative method. I first introduced the course of development of China's basic education information as well as the implementation of information technology in our government to develop basic education policy, and engineering, and so on, from a practical level to establish the direction of this thesis. Then through the study of literature, to understand the situation and development trend of domestic and international basic education information, summarize the results of this study has been made in the field and there's insufficient, further defined the direction of the research projects. On this basis, from the theoretical level to explore the meaning of the Basic Education Information, nature of elements and meaning, summed up the key factors affecting the basic education information as well as sub-critical factors to form a theoretical model of the impact of Basic Education Information . Then this model is based on the use of questionnaires, in the form of interviews, to grasp the true information of the Southwest region of basic education information construction and application. Finally, through a comparative study using a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research and analysis in the area of ??basic education information construction and application of the status quo, seeking intercollegiate construction of educational information between applications differences between urban and rural areas, summarize problems in the status quo, to analyze the underlying causes of the above problem, and propose practical solutions countermeasures. In this paper, primary and secondary schools in the Southwest region for the study, from six areas of infrastructure, information resources, information literacy, information technology, education, information technology applications, organization and management of the Southwest region of basic education informatization construction and application status and found the following problems: the underdeveloped infrastructure, quality education and teaching resources are scarce, \The poor quality of technical education, the level of application of information technology in education and teaching, organization and management mechanism is not perfect. Then, from the staff level, integration level and other levels (including funds, systems, training issues) perspective, summarized impede the progress of information technology in the Southwest region of basic education reasons: lack of education information management and information literacy teachers as a whole than low; shallow level of information technology and curriculum integration; economically backward binary county education financial system led to a lack of funding for sustainable development; education information policies and regulations are too broad and not specific details of the provisions, pertinence; training in the form, content and evaluation system is not perfect. Finally, according to the actual situation of basic education in the Southwest region, the author proposes a targeted response, the reference for the development of information technology in education in the region.
