Curriculum planning will directly determine the success or failure of the curriculum research. The success of curriculum planning is beneficial to guiding the reform of the curriculum. While an unsuccessful curriculum planning will guiding the wrong direction. Seriously, it may even make the school into chaos. Curriculum research is imperative for curriculum planning, so we must research it.In this study, the mainly object of study is A school’s curriculum planning, where is the central part. This article is using Apple’s curriculum planning theory to analyze the problems. Apple’s curriculum planning theory could explain as follows: The requirement of school curriculum planning, the decision makers of school curriculum planning, the beneficiaries of school curriculum planning, the way and the evaluation of the school curriculum.The problem as follows: The curriculum planning purposes neglecting the development of teachers, having biased ideas in teaching curriculum, lacking the follow-up study courses and the Coverage of student participation is not widely enough. Also existing other questions, such as lacking of the implementation while having a comprehensive curriculum planning, having high degree of knowing while support is low, and the school ignores the use of social forces.Through analysis, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures: Firstly, publicity the concept of curriculum planning, and increases the understanding of the curriculum for teachers and students. It include emphasize the research of beneficiaries and expand the coverage of student participation and podcasting the curriculum planning. We must emphasize the research of beneficiaries. Only reap the benefits of the teachers in curriculum planning clearly, it can contribute to their own professional development, and enhance the enthusiasm of teachers. We must expand the coverage of student participation, and play the role of student organizations. Student organizations should Collecting the students’suggestions and criticism. And giving students a way to expressing their voice.Secondly, we must balance the workload of the whole teachers, through the overall macro-control to coordinate the workload of all teachers, to reducing the burden of a number of teachers and training new teachers.Thirdly, if we want to increase social support, we must expand the impact of the school. And focus on the student’s parents firstly, and then focus on the students who have already graduated from school, we can get material support and more public opinion support from them. Only increase the fund, we can solve the problem.Fourthly, to ensure the planned curriculum can be implemented, first, we must ensure the material conditions of curriculum implementation and determine the course content. Second, we must ensure the teaching conditions. And last, ensure enough class time.Fifthly, improve the researching of the Follow-up study, evaluating the curriculum planning. And play its due role of the students planning into the main framework.And last, as the author‘s shortage, there are limitations of this study, the only hope is having implications for others, and the conclusions of the analysis can initiating the effect.
