Abstract


Migrant school with socio-economic development and reform of the education system lag. It appeared largely to meet the schooling needs of the children of migrant workers, to make up for the lack of the functions of the Government's education. Moment from the children of migrant workers in schools, its existence is facing a lot of controversy. The migrant school continued to grow and develop in the case of a lack of government support, mainly due to the love and support of the community. Field of academic research, numerous academic studies and more involved in this group of children of migrant workers, less on migrant school research. The study only migrant school teaching conditions in the course of development of simple, more in-depth study of the relative lack of research on the work of schools for the children of the community resources mechanism unexplored. On the basis of existing research, I first use the case study method of qualitative research to carry out the study on the HA schools, and to use the the process theory analysis and interpretation of the social capital theory of social resources. The study found that the existence of objective needs, the weak identity recognition, social recognition and communication of moral behavior is not fully four factors together constitute the mechanism of HA school social resources. Through the analysis of the resource mobilization process, made recommendations on how to enhance the effectiveness of the HA school social resources. First, the government should actively promote the migrant school education policy to further improve and solve the problems faced by migrant school students from a system perspective; District Youth League equity sector has an interest in youth advocacy can play to their authority and resource advantages, formulating social resources involved in the migrant school guidance standards and improve the quality of social resources; charity information exchange platform to guide social resources to play a positive utility to avoid excessive concentration of resources. In the problem-solving measures, I believe that social workers can play an important role. Solutions to these problems require government departments and social organizations cooperation, improve the current boarding school social workers working mechanism, give full play to the role of the social worker, there are two: First, the need for social workers who identified specific measures, a clear management system; second to provide career development platform for social workers.
