Abstract


Build a distributed knowledge management implementation platform , so that it fully and effectively in the semantic level management and use of distributed knowledge resources , knowledge-based organization has a very important significance . This article distributed knowledge management research object, through the analysis of the semantics of a peer-to-peer network and the characteristics of distributed knowledge management , proposed a semantic - based peer-to-peer network of distributed knowledge management model and related technologies (XML, RDF , Ontology , etc. ) detailed study of the knowledge management process , focusing on analysis of the important role of the OWL model , based on the the OWL knowledge management hierarchy diagram . Based on this model , build a distributed knowledge management system based on semantic peer-to-peer network , discusses the function of each module of the system , and pointed out the key technologies used to illustrate the dynamic process of distributed knowledge management system . Finally, the semantic retrieval system flow chart , and the introduction of the semantic similarity technical user search requests match . Semantic-based peer-to-peer network by studying the construction of distributed knowledge management model and system , not only reasonable solution to the the access bottleneck problem of distributed knowledge management , but also conducive to improve the efficiency and accuracy , to make it more effective in the semantic level , accurate knowledge sharing , in order to better provide users with high-quality, high - efficiency , knowledge of the security services .
