Thus the main purpose of this paper is that through research-based the SWE sensing observation services, design the sensing observations an open service architecture, and design and achieve the sensing observations Service prototype system on the basis of the architecture, the goal is to make users do not need any prior knowledge of the sensor need only be invoked via the Internet the the sensing observation services, you can get in the observational data from heterogeneous sensor networks. This article first systematic exposition of the theoretical basis of SWE sensing observation services, including SWE architecture, sensor observation service core functionality and sensor observation services discovery and registration mechanism, and a brief description of the research status at home and abroad. Second elaborate sensor observation service design process of the prototype system and layered sensing observation of an open service architecture. Introduced the idea of ??a service-oriented system architecture design, so that the system is suitable for a distributed environment and support software reuse. In order to facilitate the expansion of the sensor network and the database system, the data layer reference abstract factory design pattern. The sensing observation services prototype system SWE information model based on observational data binding XML-based technology to achieve access operation of sensors and sensor observations XML document. Then pass the perception observation services prototype system focuses on key technologies, including the realization of the key technologies of the system business logic and data layer core classes, business processes, as well as the entire database structure of the prototype system. The OGC SOS three core operating prototype system function, including service description metadata document, sensing observation data as well as sensors described information metadata document. Implementation using Java Web services in the form of foreign only provides an interface to hide the implementation details, remote SOS client only through WSDL address of the service will be able to easily call sensing observations to obtain the required observational data.
