Abstract


Optical molecular imaging is a traditional medical imaging techniques and modern product of the combination of molecular biology , with traditional imaging methods that are not non-invasive, real-time , in vivo , specificity , precision imaging and other advantages. In order to transmit light in biological tissues inside the forward problem accurately describe , using the Monte Carlo method for solving particle transport problems accurately . A large number of photons exact solution obtained after the track for recording the amount of data contained in the matrix is quite large, and the speed of analysis is difficult to achieve the guaranteed accuracy . Therefore , this paper presents the obtained simulation rendering large amounts of data , which is based on the industry sector that is generally accepted as a 2D/3D API OpenGL for image rendering , after comparison of the data after rendering , found that the more vividly reflects the light particles transport a variety of behaviors within the organization ( absorption, scattering and refraction , etc. ) , a variety of user-friendly simulation experiments and data analysis.
