Abstract


In the information era of the internet explosive development, due to its administration method original, administration procedure more, source shared range less, preserve condition high, service efficient low and so on, the traditional "manual" document source service mode has already dissatisfied the demand of the new technology development. With the construction of the technology information service deeply expansion, each region commences to establish the application systems and technology source database gradually. Due to scanty of uniformly programming and administration, technology classic system conflicting with each other, database and application system insulate with each other, thus it can’t realize source sharing and information linkage. So using advanced information technology to improve the service level of the document source sharing is impendent. The research of the mechanism of the technology source sharing supplies a scenario aim at the above questions.Based on the analysis of the resource-sharing research abroad and domestic, aiming at the problems exist on the archives resource share of Shannxi Province technology office, combining the low efficiency of the manual service of the document and the demand of realizing in time share of the archives resource among the province, city and district, advance the design goal of the system resource-sharing. Next, this paper researched deeply about the Web2.0 technology, the Mashup technology, the JavaScript technology and the information push technology, offered the theory support and technology foundation to the realization and design of the system.This paper presents the image sources and the audio sources and the technology office document source structures of realizing the resource-sharing. Based on it, this paper definites the process flow of realizing share of three classes’source:using the object oriented method to analysis samples, and to design database and class in detail.The paper realizes four function modules of the technology archives resource:the input module, the processing module, and the service function module, analysis the shortcomings of the traditional resources scoring, adopt the grade system which combines the recessive and dominant grade mode to grade the resource in the system and utilize the technology of information push to realize the system resource recommendation module.Use the Ajax technology and the JavaScript technology to encapsulate the system datum and functions, and the source is opened in the form of API, realize the blend conjugating of different systems, The key steps and details in the process of the implementation of the above module is also stated detailedly. Through test, it appears that the system can not only supply the source management and share of among province, city and district, but also eliminate the shortcoming of the traditional source management mode. The system has achieved the promising effort in source high efficiency share.
