Abstract


Along with the reform of the education system , the development of the education sector of information technology becomes more advanced , college management efficiency have become increasingly demanding , school resource management is also subject to strict requirements for the University Property resource efficiency in the use of analysis become college urgent need to address issues and problems . Development of mining evaluation of the real estate is an important part of college information management system reform is one important measure , the establishment of University Property Management Information System -based decision support system to optimize the allocation of university resources to promote school construction and development of information technology , for property management has an important role in guiding . Information management system at the same time improve the management efficiency , but also to a certain extent to ensure the accuracy of the real estate information , security , help to improve the scientific decision-making of the real estate management , standardized management .
