Abstract


With the deepening of the development and application of WLAN, 3G, WiMax , etc. , the coexistence of different technical systems of wireless network , synergy, complementarity , integration of heterogeneous wireless networks become the inevitable trend of development . The vertical handover is one of the key technology integration in heterogeneous wireless networks , to ensure user - adaptive access a variety of wireless network . Guarantee QoS (Quality of Service) network selection and judgment is the premise of heterogeneous wireless network vertical handover is able to meet the user's needs . Comprehensive consideration of the application and the network needs -depth study of heterogeneous wireless network adaptive vertical handover decision algorithm to ensure that the user can be a long time in the network optimization to meet the user's QoS requirements . The specific contents are as follows: (1) introducing the actual demand of the terminal application and the user's preference, to the terminal as the center of the cost function is proposed to improve the QoS guarantee based on the multi-application of the cost function is given network parameters normalized the methods and application - based network selection algorithm . Based on 3G and WLAN integration scenarios, to validate the proposed network selection algorithm , results show that : compared to Wang et al . Proposed algorithm , the algorithm is capable of rapid feedback of end-use applications such as delay, bandwidth requirements , has switched accurate reasonable advantages . (2 ) In order to improve the efficiency of the switch , to meet mobile multimedia handoff delay requirements , using historical information statistics , analysis of the variation of different network parameters , network parameters adaptive prediction algorithm , the algorithm include network parameters prediction function the establishment , initialization , predict and adjust the four processes . Network cost function , the real-time nature of the vertical handover in heterogeneous wireless networks . Analysis and verification , the results show that : the algorithm can reduce the switching of the ping-pong effect , an earlier discovery of the optimal access network user for a long time in an optimal network parameters prediction algorithm for the proposed network . ( 3 ) design and development of heterogeneous wireless networks converged access platforms , and to verify the accuracy and efficiency of this article proposed algorithm , user quality of service to ensure vertical handover in heterogeneous wireless networks . The results of this research can be applied to a new generation of wireless network fusion scene , for the mobile Internet of Things provide support .
