Abstract

For the next-generation high-speed wireless indoor communication applications , about 60GHz band is an ideal band . The channel characteristics of the indoor high-speed transmission of this band can be modeled to Royce model , using the adaptive array antenna technology can significantly improve its transmission performance . In this paper, the phase frequency shift Royce channel conditions the baseband weighted combination antenna beam mixing forming technology , the main results are summarized as follows : ( 1 ) for Royce channel characteristics , proposed a phased antenna array with baseband weighted relative binding hybrid beam forming algorithm ; advantages of this algorithm is the use of a phased array antenna as comes the shift phase control , reducing the number of the group with the right vector , reduces the computation complexity and equipment costs ; simultaneously through the group with right vector optimized design to reduce mutual interference between the multi-user , and improve system performance . (2) Considering the practical application the channel estimates or parameter indicates that there is often a large deviation problem proposed robust hybrid beamforming algorithm adapted sight path or the scattering path existence error in both cases , so that reached the practical requirements of the transmission characteristics of the system in the case of the larger channel error . (3) The proposed channel estimation method based on the linear minimum mean square error estimation (LMMSE) , due to the energy distribution joint design of channel estimation and robust hybrid beamforming algorithm baseband weight vector , so that the system can guarantee certain transmission quality.
