Abstract


In today's information age, the phone almost all information communication personal mobile terminal. With the crazy boom of the Apple smartphone smartphone is the inevitable trend of development of the mobile phone. One of the reasons smart phones can provide people with a wide range of software services, which has a huge potential. In the era of 3G and open platform, mobile application software is unusually hot. Smartphone software, with its increasing user size and utilization, the economic value of the consumer market and become the focus of the development of the smart phone. Experience economy era, to the experience of the user-centered design thinking is an important research direction of new product development, user expectations as a user experience design pre-conditions, its importance, and the need for more and more attention. The user expectations importance decided enterprises need scientific theory to study users' expectations, guide enterprises to produce products that meet consumer expectations. Companies need specialized theory to study the users' expectations, guidance products enhance the experience. There are currently no specific product design expectations, this study relies on theory and expectations for the product design of user expectations of theoretical studies, to people students as a target group, smartphone application software as a research object, through a series of expectations questionnaire smart mobile application software situational expectations, desired weight, and the desired tolerance domain system, scientific research user application software design expectations in order to provide guidance for the design of mobile products. This article select smartphone software such typical mobile product as an object of study, mobile products is the main direction of development of future products, with strong development potential and economic benefits; second is its product attributes complete results can be comprehensive . Theoretical sense, specific product design theory expansion of user expectations, expectations of product design for the user experience provided theoretical guidance, and user expectations have situational / level / dynamic, user desired level of tolerance domain has contact; practical sense, this study developed a Student Users smartphone application software design expectations a series of questionnaires: Questionnaire 1 - college students smartphone software product design expectations questionnaire: The study focused on the different types of scenarios, the user application software products as a whole the specific situational expectations / expectations of tolerance / expectations of the right weight; Questionnaire 2 - college students smart phone application software interface design expectations questionnaire: specialized for different scenarios, college students, application software interface design of situational expectations as well as the attitude of the desired degree of evaluation. The combination of a variety of user research methods used in the course of the study, this important reference enterprise user experience design.
