Abstract


This paper introduces the definition of the time frequency pass in time transfer to the advantages of using optical fiber as a medium , outlining the method of two-way satellite time transfer , fiber bidirectional dual wavelength time transfer method and binary offset carrier (BOC) to define and spectral characteristics , discussed some of the technical problems and development direction of high-precision time transfer ; symbol format used in the passing of the time a simple introduction of the the BOC modulation simple analysis , technical requirements according to BOC 's strengths as well as fiber-optic time passed , BOC modulation method used in the high-precision time transfer to achieve higher precision time transfer ; BOC modem software simulation ; design and produce hardware experimental platform , the BOC modem and second pulse stability degrees were tested to obtain satisfactory results .
