Abstract


Corporatism decision-making model has been widely used since the 1980s to the European policy process. As a policy model, it is usually used to describe the relationship between national and social interest groups in the policy process. The corporatism decision model that the way public policy is formed by the interaction between the national and nationally recognized social interest groups, the state and society through consultation and cooperation to achieve the integration of public interest. The model countries - social dualism mode, the institutional arrangements of a country with social interaction win-win policy. Represented by Philip Schmidt scholars build the basic framework of the decision-making model of corporatism, corporatism decision-making model has been considerable development in Europe. With the the propulsion of practice and research in-depth, scholars began to extend the study to the world, to seek corporatism may be combined with other polity, culture. But along with the deepening of the practice, this model has also been questioned legitimacy and applicability to a certain extent contributed to the development of new decision-making model of corporatism. Based on the theoretical background, basic content as well as the development of the application of the decision model of corporatism be systematically analyze, and summarize its practical significance, and pointed out the limitations of the process, discover the theoretical value of the Chinese policy process research. The full text of the basic framework consists of five parts: The first part introduces the corporation theory Ideological Origins and its theoretical basis. Describes the Western religious tradition and political philosophy and theory of pluralism, the theory of the corporation of the decision-making model of corporatism. The second part systematically explained the core concepts of corporatism assumption, and then introduce the basic viewpoints of the decision-making model of corporatism and by comparison with pluralism prominent characteristics of the decision-making model of corporatism. The third part, on the two use corporatism decision model typical country analysis, the Intro corporatism decision model practice their successful experience in Germany and Japan. The fourth part, by the above interpretation of corporatism, Corporatism decision model to be evaluated, summarized the theoretical value and practical significance, and point out its limitations. The fifth part, try to explain corporatism decision model is applied to China's applicability. I seek corporatism decision model on the basis of the fit between analysis of the plight of the model is applied to the practice in China may face, trying to figure out the ideal way of decision model corporatism applications in China.
