Tourism e-commerce in tourism information database, e-business banking is based on the use of the most state-of-the-art electronic means of the operation of the business system of tourism and its distribution system. Tourism involves the amount of information and capital flow more tourism e-commerce with its low-cost, pay electronic information transfer efficiency, wide coverage and features organic fit with modern tourism, so as to promote the rapid development of tourism key. Tourism e-commerce with traditional tourism industry is very different under the new law of development in the network economy and market characteristics. The development of China's tourism e-commerce fully reflects the law of development of the network economy. This article is intended to be the framework for the development of China's tourism e-commerce analysis, to explore the development of China's tourism e-commerce law and how to deal with the challenges of the future. I hope to provide some meaningful reference for the development of China's tourism industry through the analysis of this article. This paper the background, purpose and significance of the topic, and a review of the research progress of tourism e-commerce at home and abroad and to analyze the network economy of the modern economy. Since then, the use of network economics theory of the laws governing the operation of China's tourism e-commerce. Furthermore, detailed analysis of the development of China's tourism e-commerce framework and market structure, conduct and performance of China's tourism e-commerce analysis. The last part of the proposed strategies and recommendations for the future development of China's tourism e-commerce businesses. The structure of the paper is arranged as follows: Chapter 1 is an introduction. The main contents include four Chinese tourism e-commerce law of supply and demand law, the cost of the law, corporate operating rules.
