Abstract


HRS company is famous heavy-duty truck parts manufacturer to enter China in 2005 , in order to succeed in the Chinese market , the quality of a fundamental competitive advantage , To do this you need to create a customer -oriented , systematic the efficient quality management system , and thus to enhance the HRS company's quality management level . In this paper, the method of continuous improvement that PDCA quality management . Theory and the automotive industry quality requirements of the development of modern quality management system , on the basis of the reference HRS American experience and the improvement of the quality system of the domestic industries and enterprises . First, China 's quality management status , described HRS gap comparing the HRS companies with world-class quality management application benchmarking analysis , profiling the the HRS companies need to implement a continuous improvement of quality management system faced a major conflict and unfavorable factors . Then , the analysis put forward to solve major conflicts and unfavorable factors , the process required by the application process and management system designed quality management and performance monitoring program .
