Abstract


In this paper, labor cost management theory , elaborated a general idea of the large state-owned enterprises control of labor costs , combined with the unique properties of the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises , the main points of regulation of the labor costs of the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and the index system . From the horizontal and vertical dimensions to evaluate the level of control of the company's labor costs , labor cost analysis model and control system is designed , and the system model analysis ; design labor costs warning line , including the labor cost content warning line , elastic and the deviation rate warning line , labor distribution rate and personnel expense ratio warning line ; building control effect evaluation model of labor costs and labor cost performance incentive model . The application of the proposed model of the M - provincial power company labor cost management case analysis and the results show that the paper presents ideas and methods have a better effect .
