Abstract


Thesis based on feedback architectural theory and design evaluation of the planning theory, through the integration of architecture and other relevant theoretical knowledge of the country to carry out building new rural residential area planning research projects, and strive to explore a set of new rural settlements for the architectural planningprocedures and specific methods of operation. Hope of building new rural settlements to provide a scientific basis for new rural residential areas to improve the various adaptive and more comfortable for the user, satisfied with the living environment.Thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical papers, described the background of the domestic construction of new countryside, new rural construction planning guidance for residential construction, domestic situation and the related theory of the purpose and significance of thesis research; describes the positioning of architectural plans and models and to design the purpose and significance evaluation feedback; analysis of construction planning and evaluation of the relationship between design feedback, design evaluation feedback to determine the value of their information can be obtained direct feedback to future planning on building similar projects, as laid feedback based on evaluation of the design study for construction planning of the theoretical basis of the project. The second part is practical articles, the first pilot area of Xian Tao and Hong Hu residential area has been completed the design and evaluation of feedback evaluation results were analyzed and summarized, then come to evaluation feedback in the test area construction planning inspiration, revelation of the test area according to residential construction projects planning to study in detail the operating procedures of its construction plan, program steps, each step of the specific methods of operation and construction planning of the tissue.
