Abstract


Development of circular economy is an important measure to accelerate the strategic adjustment of economic structure, enhance the coordination of economic development and competitiveness, improve resource utilization, reduce environmental pollution. The circular economy based on ecological laws to guide the rational and efficient use of natural resources, economic activity in the request in line with the carrying capacity of the environment. With economic development, natural resources dwindling production activities on the environment has become increasingly prominent. Faced with the pressure on resources and the environment, looking to become the primary task of a rational model of economic development in line with the requirements of social and ecological benefits. The circular economy is to achieve the unity of the economic, social and ecological benefits, the development of recycling economy is the future trend of economic construction. Work together to promote the development of recycling economy needs the government, enterprises and the public, which the enterprise is the basic unit of social and economic activities, whether a company support to become the key to the development of recycling economy. Companies at this stage in the process of the development of recycling economy, there are many obstacles, such as cost, technology, demand, and even institutional mechanisms. Must break through these barriers, to enable enterprises to find the circular economy model with their own development characteristics, consciously into the recycling economy construction. Through Liaocheng circular economy pilot enterprises to learn from the advanced recycling economy theory and practice, summarizes several corporate recycling economy development model, has a certain universal applicability, the development of circular economy . The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Enterprise circular economy theoretical basis of research. This article summarizes the theoretical basis for the development of recycling economy mentioned in many literature about enterprise, analysis of the development process and limitations. Through theoretical analysis to more clearly reflect the essence of the enterprise circular economy, at the same time be able to guide the practice of business development of circular economy. Typical case of enterprise development of recycling economy. Typical case of domestic and foreign enterprises, the development of recycling economy, such as DuPont mode, the Kalundborg mode, Guangxi Guitang mode and Lubei Chemical Group mode, seeking the reason of the success of the various modes, where that its reference value. 3. The Liaocheng corporate status of the development of recycling economy. In this paper, in terms of economic efficiency of enterprises, the efficiency of resource use, environmental impact on the the Liaocheng corporate background of the development of recycling economy, effectiveness and the problems described. 4. Research the Liaocheng enterprise development of recycling economy typical pattern. This article on the basis of a summary of of Liaocheng corporate development of recycling economy pilot construction, summed up the universal enterprises recycling economy development model, to provide support to deepen enterprise circular economy pilot, at the same time other enterprises play a of reference. The focus of this research is the business cycle economic in Liaocheng enterprise circular economy pilot construction practice, and summed up the recycling economy development model has universal enterprise circular economy development mode is divided into endogenous, horizontal and vertical three kinds mode, and that its characteristics and its applicability to embody innovation. Due to the limitations of time and research capabilities, the paper also there are inadequacies, such as the practice of recycling economy pilot enterprises just material flow analysis, no quantitative value stream analysis; summarized in three modes the development of recycling economy pilot enterprises may not be enough comprehensive needs further research, enrich and improve.
