Abstract


With traditional logistics to the development of modern logistics , chattel mortgage finance business has developed into the kinds of financial logistics products , and presents the trend of rapid development . Third - party logistics enterprises in the fierce market competition , the better the supervision of the pledge real spin , there is an urgent need to improve the level of information management to win customers . Chattel Mortgage business information system as a state-of-the-art information technology and scientific management methods carrier , can effectively reduce the operating costs of third-party logistics enterprises , improve the level of information management , and enhance their core competitiveness . Chattel Mortgage of how to build a high- efficiency business information systems become the third-party logistics enterprises must seriously face the reality .
