GEM market \Its core factor is the high issue price . Theoretically high issue price listed companies will greatly reduce the yield of the first day of the first day of the yield formula can be found . But by analyzing the relevant data of the GEM market listed company 's initial public offering (IPO) , discovered the phenomenon of the first day of the high yield . This paper first reviews the analysis of the literature of the capital market through the first day of the Chinese and foreign yields , less discovery research through the rate of return on the first day of Chinese GEM IPO market system . Chinese GEM IPO market analysis of the Chinese GEM market correction after the first day of the yield obtained in the presence of very high risk . Explore the institutional factors affecting the rate of return on the first day of by analyzing Chinese GEM IPO market system , and to point out its inadequacies .
