Abstract


30 years of reform and opening up , China's transportation industry has been rapid development , highway construction as transportation was an important part , become the focus of China 's infrastructure construction in the new period . Central and local governments to invest heavily in the construction of a provincial highway, State Road and highway , road construction industry showing a good momentum of development . However , road maintenance works as protection measures for highway construction has not been given sufficient attention . With the rising prices of raw materials in recent years , the cost of road maintenance is gradually increasing , and is responsible for road maintenance units still above level funding for the main economic income , therefore , most road maintenance enterprises are facing a shortage of funds , the high cost of the phenomenon . This shows that the implementation of more effective cost management methods in road maintenance enterprises imperative. In this context , the paper in-depth analysis of the characteristics of China 's highway maintenance projects , the use of advanced cost management theory and practical cost management system for our road maintenance works , including the cost of the organizational structure , the cost projections , cost planning , cost control , cost accounting and cost assessment of six modules , to solve the problem of road maintenance project cost control . Through A project research and effective cost management system applied to the actual management of conservation projects , road maintenance project cost control has practical significance .
