Abstract


Abstract: Microinsurance is an entry point for national efforts to solve the \The rural micro-insurance to improve the social security system as an effective tool for poverty alleviation of the low-income groups for agriculture attention, some success has been achieved in the development of some countries. Rural micro-insurance has been made in the development, but there are still insufficient supply of rural micro-insurance costs are too high insurance, and rural micro-insurance products in a single species, unable to meet the diverse insurance needs of low-income people. Domestic microinsurance in business management, sales channels to take a different approach, there are three main modes: purely commercial mode of operation, and policy support semi-commercial mode of operation, the establishment of a mutual system cooperative insurance organizations. The more closely the relationship between the development of micro-insurance model and social environment and political environment, different from the pattern of other commercial insurance companies, in our research on the development of micro-insurance mode also quite lacking. This article hopes through of microinsurance development model at home and abroad, and further analysis of the development status and existing problems in China's rural micro-insurance agent mode, combined with research on the the postal enterprises insurance agency status and practice for China's rural micro-insurance development proposal. The research method is mainly combined with the specific conditions of theoretical analysis, expert interviews and comparative analysis. This paper carried out abroad, the experience and domestic development status of the micro-insurance model theoretical analysis; adopt the form of expert interviews by experts at different levels in the interviews with the insurance industry, rural micro-insurance sales for postal proxy mode for qualitative analysis; interviews with major Comparative analysis on various modes through the mutual. The first part of this paper is the introduction, describes the research background, research questions and ideas framework. The second part is the theoretical basis and a literature review. By the supply and demand theory and pyramid theory, indicating the feasibility of the theory of micro-insurance market; described and the different points of view of the domestic and international development of micro-insurance mode. The third part is the analysis of the development of micro-insurance mode. Specific analysis of foreign microinsurance development mode and experience, domestic microinsurance development status and problems, while focusing on the analysis of the basic situation of the postal agency model, development characteristics, problems, and practice in rural micro-insurance. Expert interviews to select the fourth part of the postal proxy mode to the development of rural micro-insurance related to certain aspects of the design of the questionnaire, conduct a comprehensive evaluation by the results of the questionnaire analysis, development of rural micro-insurance for postal proxy mode.
