Abstract

Finance leases (Financial Leasing) is a new organic combination of the traditional forms of leasing, finance and trade transactions. It appears that the time is relatively short, but the development of fast, has become one of the main ways of investment in equipment and choose the mode of financing in the enterprise to become the second largest after the bank credit financing. Finance lease is an effective way for enterprises to ease the pressure on the operation of capital financing, and plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. The rapid development of the financial sector, have their own finance lease financing melt characteristics, indirect kind of credit and bank credit combined, it is a product of modern mass production. Finance leasing business involves a number of parties to the conduct of business and the future earnings uncertainty. Leasing risk is too big, is not conducive to the conduct of business, will result in the leasing business carried out slowly; risk is too small will result in the opportunity cost of missing, the same is not conducive to the growth of leasing companies. Therefore the lease project approval and monitoring to increase the risk of finance lease is very necessity. A necessary means of control can reduce the probability of occurrence of adverse risk, in turn, directly or indirectly, for the leasing company revenue. This article is a fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk profile of the finance leasing companies. The core issue is thus the collection of risk factors of the fuzzy evaluation method and finance lease. Before to solve this problem, and how to develop a scientific and objective indicator system is also very important to study them to rely on the established index system of finance leasing companies risk, accurate decision-making basis for enterprise development.
