Abstract


With the sustained and healthy development of China's national economy , the real estate industry has been rapid development , and gradually become one of the pillar industries of the national economy . However, due to the imperfections of the real estate market mechanisms , as well as real estate investment research all kinds of errors , and the real estate itself has put into high , long life cycle , income and other characteristics , in recent years , the real estate industry continued signs of overheating investment , some areas there is also a bubble brought a huge risk of losses to real estate investors . Therefore, the current real estate investment security research has important practical significance . Real estate investment concepts and theories of the sort and summarized , and then analyzes the status quo of China 's real estate investment security issues are the risk factors affecting the real estate investment security , and from the form of different real estate investment risk analysis ; and then the current variety of commonly used real estate investment identification methods and evaluation methods of the advantages and disadvantages of comparative analysis and empirical analysis , and pointed out the characteristics and shortcomings of the present various identification methods and evaluation methods ; Finally, China's real estate investment security status quo of China maintenance of real estate investment security put forward a series of rationalization proposals .
