Abstract


With SMEs operating flexibility, adaptability to market unique advantages , has occupied the majority of the number of enterprises in promoting economic development, ease the employment pressure has made a great contribution. Launch of the SME board , on the one hand that the State increasing emphasis on the development of SMEs , it also reflects the most dynamic SMEs as enterprises have become an important force in all walks of life . The ability to grow as the company's core competencies listed SMEs is one of the company's continued healthy development. Therefore, the growth of small and medium enterprises to analyze and evaluate a very important significance. Based on this background , this paper SME board listed companies specific object of study in order to evaluate its growth as its core purpose . Firstly, clearly define the business growth in the scope of the concept , based on the evaluation of the growth of SMEs by summarizing the relevant literature , draw the basic idea of ​​establishing evaluation system . Secondly, the paper expounded China's SME board listed company overview and analysis of the many factors affecting the growth of SMEs , resulting in a higher strategic level, grasp small plates listed company's growth . Finally, from the certainty of evaluation and impact evaluation to establish two small plates growth evaluation system. Among them, the deterministic evaluation index system consist primarily of corporate growth , profitability , solvency , operations , cash flow and asset structural condition of the six aspects of indicator. Impact evaluation indicators are divided into internal and external influences affect two aspects of the content. SME board selected a sample of 70 business enterprises, of which 46 for the manufacturing enterprises, 24 enterprises for the IT industry . Using principal component analysis of these two sectors in 2009 , respectively, the growth of an empirical study , obtained for each company's 2009 growth score , and the two industries empirical results are compared and analyzed .
