Abstract

Private equity as a financial instrument has been developed in Western countries, but due to the slow development of China's financial markets, this investment in the country just run over twenty years. Currently, China is facing the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, accelerate the transformation of economic development tasks, but as a private economic entities but because of financing difficulties of SMEs is difficult to expand production scale, rapid and healthy development of China's economy largely affected. According to the article analysis, for small and medium enterprises in Hebei Province, this financing dilemma more obvious. So to find a solution Hebei SME financing approach to promoting regional economic stable development, is the focus of this article. China's private equity market is not perfect, the relevant legal system is not perfect, insufficient number of intermediaries, but this does not prevent China as the most potential market vigorously the introduction of resources, in fact, private equity is growing at a rapid pace in domestic development. This paper attempts to run on private equity investment mechanism based on the research to find solutions to the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Hebei Province ways. Paper through private equity investment way to solve the problem of financing small and medium enterprises in Hebei Province, research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the research background and significance of writing, summing up the domestic and foreign scholars on the theory of private equity investment research review, a clear research articles and research methods, this may indicate the presence of innovations. The first chapter defines the concept for SMEs, analyzes the role of SMEs in the national economy, the focus of Hebei SME financing models and financing conditions, that the current prevalence of the problem of financing. Then improve the corporate governance structure, improve the capability of independent innovation; improve the financial system, the formation of multi-level capital market; accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, the formation of the international competitiveness of the three angles of Hebei demonstrated the need for the introduction of private equity investments. The third chapter is the private equity investment operation mechanism and the use of private equity investments, Hebei solve the problem of financing SMEs feasibility instructions. This article first introduced the concept of private equity investments, analyzes private equity capital markets and exit mechanisms, and policies and regulations at the national and Hebei Province on the support of the development of private equity investments, capital market development in Hebei Province and Hebei Province high-tech industries These three aspects of development demonstrates the use of private equity investment, Hebei solve the problem of financing SMEs feasibility. The fourth chapter is the development of private equity financing, Hebei Suggestions. In the development of the Western countries on the basis of lessons learned, articles from private equity investments and improve the legal system, preferential policies; build a sound credit system, strengthening good social credit order; accelerate the development of tertiary industry, strengthen self-construction, improve internal governance structure; establishment of intermediary market system, cultivating qualified fund management personnel and other countermeasures and suggestions to introduce private equity investment solutions to SME financing. Chapter V discusses the conclusion is a summary of the entire article. That the current situation under the Hebei should increase efforts to support private equity investment, a sound legal system, the development of multi-level capital market, cultivate excellent fund management talent for the active introduction of private equity investment for the environment, to achieve solutions to SME financing difficulties purposes.
