Abstract


Analyze the law of industry upgrading, the economic development of each region to a certain stage, bound to the requirements of industry upgrading and transformation, which is the general law can not be avoided. 30 years of reform and opening up, China’s economy through rapid expansion, rapid increase in industrial strength, has expanded rapidly, relying on cheap labor to drive economic growth in the "demographic dividend" era has ended, from a labor-intensive to technology-intensive is a recognized trend. Economic activity will eventually be translated into concrete development on the urban space, industrial upgrading and development of information technology makes economic activities beyond the traditional concept of space, industrial development and industrial restructuring will inevitably lead to the adjustment of the pattern of interests, conflicts directly affect the spatial distribution of economic , reconstruction of urban space is facing.The "world factory"——Dongguan, make the process of industrialization in the nation in the forefront, and now has come to the stage of industry upgrading. Therefore, in the context of industry transformation ,research on Spatial Development Strategy for small towns in Dongguan City is full of practical significance. Research on the urban spatial of Dongguan in the context of industry upgrading , so that urban development can better meet the needs of urban industries, and to guide the city’s industry progress and development.In this paper, we use the“needs, goals and problem-oriented”research methods, industrial upgrading in the full understanding of the needs for urban development and impact of space on the basis of the development trend of Dongguan and objectives for research and induction, in-depth analysis of the constraints of space development in Dongguan Factors and bottlenecks, which aims to upgrade the space industry in Dongguan town development strategies in order to advance with the times in urban planning, so that urban development can better meet the needs of urban industries, and to guide the city’s industrial progress and development. In this paper, I research on space of small towns in Dongguan in the context of industrial upgrading. Firstly,I study from the path of industrial upgrading, point out the city as a modern regional economic factors and industrial clustering and diffusion of the core space support, the development of the city’s industrial development and mutual restraint. Demand point to the idea of industrial upgrading and development of urban spatial interaction mechanism, in-depth study of industrial upgrading of urban functions "services"of the impact of industry convergence brought about changes in land use and management, and then from the macro, meso And micro levels to discuss the upgrading of urban spatial form of the demand.Secondly, from the background of industrial upgrading in Dongguan, this paper think through the issues and points to the idea of inference rules, summarizes the space in Dongguan with the evolution of industrial development, in-depth analysis of current problems and spatial patterns of Dongguan, constraints and economic, ecological, social and development conditions Government mechanisms.Based on the above analysis, this paper summarized some strategies from urban planning policy, spatial planning strategy and the three aspects of planning and management of industrial upgrading spatial context of the development of small towns in Dongguan.
