Abstract


In China, in order to meet the needs of rapid economic development, the banking is growing and developing as an unprecedented speed, as the local power is growing, it is also catching up the pace of the world’s banking industry, and gradually integrated into the international financial environment, this is related issues of international entrepreneurship in large commercial banks of China to study in this paper. In the dual role of trend of the times and perfect timing, the path of international entrepreneurship of large commercial banks in China is being carried out in full swing. In this process, the international model is successful or not, what reference will take in turn for the bank’s internationalization in future? This is the background of this paper.The internationalization of our large commercial banks is not only the demand of global financial integration and economic globalization in the international environment, but also the inevitable trend of own economic development strategy of China. This study not only has theoretical significance, but also has important practical significance. It’s the need of further opening up of China’s economy, of own development of China’s commercial banks, of increasing international status and competitiveness of China’s commercial banks.In this paper, the Internalization Theory, he Eclectic Theory of International Production, Comparative Advantage Theory and the Following Effect Theory are the based theories. By reviewing the process of the large commercial banks of China, studying the model choice and motivation of the large commercial banks of China, which the internatioalization of Bank of China as the major cases, summarizing the success and reference of the model of international entrepreneurship of large commercial banks of China.In the history of international entrepreneurship of large commercial banks of China, mainly introducing the status, process, motivations and problems of international entrepreneurship of large commercial banks of China. In the sector of model choice and influencing factors of international entrepreneurship of large commercial banks of China, presenting the international entrepreneurship model, the main model of it and its influencing factors in the selection. Specific to the case of the Bank of China, in the first, analysising its development status and international satus, second is the problems of the process of international entrepreneurship, and finallly putting forward suggestions and prospects for further research.
