Abstract


Concrete pump truck is a dedicated engineering machinery used to transport and pouring concrete , with its flexible , casting speed , construction site clean , high-quality casting , reduce labor costs and the superior performance of the construction has been widely used in various construction sites . As key components of the concrete pump truck boom system , the complex structure , the dynamic force , its performance will directly affect the quality of work and efficiency of the vehicle . Boom system exists in the actual work process end vibration is too easy to fall off the Japanese tube support . In view of this situation , the with Sany 46D concrete pump truck as the object of study , from the theoretical , experimental testing , finite element simulation of three binding study , has been the main reason to produce the above two issues and propose appropriate optimization program . Theoretical derivation of the boom system theory simplified model with theoretical mechanics and mechanics of materials analysis methods of the jib theoretical modal analysis , the initial boom of natural frequencies and mode shapes . In the experimental test , through several field tests to determine the concrete pump truck boom key modal analysis of its frequencies and mode shapes and results were compared with the theoretical clear vibration is too large a key factor in causing the boom end . Finite element simulation , through the pump solid modeling , finite element software LS-DYNA boom intensity and modal analysis , strength analysis of the stress distribution to get the jib clear jib position prone to destruction ; modal analysis combined with theoretical analysis and experimental results were compared to verify the cause the boom end excessive vibration . Further strength analysis pipeline and pipe support , has been the main reason for the destruction of the tube support . Proposes the corresponding modification of the jib and the delivery tube supporting structure for the results of the above analysis , the jib end of the vibration and extend the life of the tube support can be significantly reduced .
