Wholesale and retail sector FDI on China 's capital squeeze ( extrusion ) Effect of areas belonging to International Trade . Wholesale and retail trade of China's tertiary industry is an important part , according to China 's Protocol of Accession , December 11, 2004 onwards, China wholesale and retail industry put all external Ji . FDI on host countries for domestic and foreign scholars domestic capital squeezing effect studies , most of the overall effect . However, due to the different characteristics of the industry , the entry and expansion of foreign investment in various industries for domestic capital investment will produce different effects. Whether FDI squeeze into investments in the sectors of wholesale and retail , the crowding is how it happened is the focus of this study . Can be achieved through the following three specific objectives : ( 1 ) determine the wholesale and retail sectors of FDI in China 's development and the current development of wholesale and retail trade ; ( 2 ) clear through theoretical and empirical analysis of FDI on China 1997-2009 crowding wholesale industry ; ( 3 ) gives the combined wholesale and retail industry is characterized conclusions and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions . Articles theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , the theoretical analysis on the basis of the preliminary conclusions of empirical analysis to get the same desired results expected ; mainly used in the squeezing effect of FDI various theoretical approaches occur , empirical analysis using traditional production function to get the model and the relative squeezing models and operating data using SPSS . The innovation lies in the paper industry side and on FDI capital squeezing effect on the host country research , industry level much, for wholesale and retail industry, no , this article from the wholesale and retail industry level research is an innovation.
