Abstract


Finance as the core of modern economy, the development of the national economy plays an important role. A country's financial sector development is not only the problem of how much financial corporate profits, but also about the development of the entire national economy and the whole issue of social stability, on the cusp of reform, especially in the country. The 1997 Asian financial crisis and the 2007 U.S. subprime mortgage crisis triggered by the global financial crisis are fully verify this. Mature experience from Western countries, to improve the level of performance evaluation and build a reasonable performance evaluation system is to protect the financial sector development and effective means. At present, China's commercial banks, there is lack of performance evaluation system strategic objectives, the lack of core indicators, ignoring the cost of capital, and many other non-financial indicators underestimate the problem, how to build an effective performance evaluation system Commercial Bank of China's financial sector has become an important issue. This article is based on this context, drawing on internationally active banks advanced method system suitable for China's attempt to build a commercial bank performance evaluation system. In the emerging performance evaluation methods, EVA considers the cost of capital, can truly reflect the bank's financial performance, BSC is a multi-dimensional index system, you can more fully reflect the bank's business performance. This paper analyzes the EVA and BSC advantages and disadvantages of the two methods on the basis of an attempt to combine the two to build the bank's vision and strategic objectives-oriented, EVA Dimensions indicators as a final measure, the Balanced Scorecard four dimensions of the chain of causation to support the five dimensions of commercial bank performance evaluation system. In this paper, 12 listed commercial banks in 2009 Annual Report as well as stock market information as a basis for the design of performance evaluation system for the empirical analysis and ranking, in-depth analysis of the differences caused by the inter-bank performance reasons, followed by paper and the use of principal component Analysis from a financial dimension 20 indicators extracted six principal components to identify the value drivers of the bank, showing performance evaluation system designed in this paper the application of scientific.
