Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China's service sector is gradually expanding services to attract foreign direct investment has also been some development . With China's accession to the WTO , the commitment to further honor the service sector is gradually opening up the service sector will be the greatest areas of China's opening up . The vigorous development of China's service industry is not only very necessary and very urgent . Services opening wider to the outside world after China's accession to the WTO as background, combined with multinationals international investment theory , concrete analysis of the status and trends of China 's foreign direct investment in services , focus on the favorable impact of foreign direct investment in China 's service industry and proposed challenge , respectively, from the two aspects of theoretical and empirical analysis . Finally, the favorable impact of foreign direct investment in services to the development of China's service industry and the challenges posed by the suggestions from the increase of the number of foreign direct investment and to improve the efficiency of the foreign direct investment . The paper is divided into the following sections: The first chapter is an introduction part introduces the background and significance of the study , an overview of related research , research methods , research ideas and innovations and inadequate . The second chapter of the theoretical basis for China 's service industry and its use of foreign direct investment . Combing theory on foreign direct investment in services , and to lay the foundation for further study of foreign direct investment to China . The third chapter is to study the status and trends of China 's foreign direct investment in services . Chapter IV for the entry of foreign direct investment in China 's service industry . Both beneficial effects and the challenges posed by the analysis . Chapter empirical analysis , quantitative analysis of the impact of foreign direct investment to China through the establishment of econometric models . Chapter VI for the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
