Abstract


Export trade of China's reform and opening up one of the most successful areas. Along with the rapid growth of export trade, export trade also experienced ups and downs and down fluctuations, fluctuations in export of China's export trade development is the process of objective existence of the law. And they often export fluctuations linked with export growth, which constitute a relationship between stability and development on a major issue. So far, a lot of literature from a comparative advantage, new trade theory and the new perspective of the new trade theory the rapid growth of China's export trade, and for China's export trade volatility and impact on export growth in relatively under-researched. In this paper, the use of export trade cycle theory, stochastic endogenous growth theory of knowledge, the use of HP, BP, CF filtering and variance decomposition methods to capture the total amount of China's export trade cycle fluctuations and structural characteristics, and with the dynamic GMM model of fluctuations on the export of China's exports Growth as well as the impact of regional differences. \objectives and content, and to summarize the article may be new ideas. \Fluctuations export feature index. Study found that China's export volatility on export growth has some impairment effect, ie export fluctuations had a negative impact on export growth. With this effect the different levels of government intervention in the presence of heterogeneity among different regions, areas with a high degree of intervention that the effect is negative, while the degree of intervention in areas of low positive.
