Abstract


Has proposed the building for the first time since October 2002 the General Administration of Customs Zone and Port pilot idea of ??Bonded Logistics Park in the government's vigorous promotion in the country's major ports and cities in economically developed rapidly building up, and was a success. Of bonded logistics park development is still in its infancy, the park planning theory immature, dysfunctional is an urgent problem, therefore Bonded Logistics Park area reasonable imperative. Departure from the current development of the Bonded Logistics Park, the proposed Bonded Logistics Park area of ??reasonable evaluation principles and programs. In this study, based on the summary of China's current bonded logistics park developments, analyze the current situation of the presence of China's bonded logistics park planning area does not match the actual operating conditions. And based on the results of the analysis of bonded logistics park construction area of ??reasonable evaluation index system, the use of data envelopment analysis to build the evaluation model for the evaluation of the reasonableness of China's bonded logistics park construction area. And through the collection of data on some of China's bonded logistics park construction area rationality empirical evaluation study, to get a more scientific and rational evaluation results. Proved Bonded Logistics Park construction area of ??reasonable evaluation index system of this study is to establish the correctness of the operability of the evaluation model. Through empirical analysis at the same time, the recommendations of some of the problems of bonded logistics park construction in the area of ??planning improvements. I hope this study to the latter part of the bonded logistics park construction plan is reasonable in terms of the area of ??land planning some reference. The main contents of this paper include the following points: (1) Bonded Logistics Park in China four major advantages: the policy advantages of functional advantages, convenient customs clearance, strict supervision; domestic logistics market demand, there is no scale four-point disadvantage: Bonded Logistics The park service system construction is lagging behind, the Bonded policy advantages have not been fully implemented and play, bonded logistics park land is restricted. The internal factors include the characteristics of Bonded Logistics Park development strategies, products, technologies or services. External influence factors such as macro-political and economic factors, infrastructure and environment, competitors. (3) to build a set of bonded logistics park construction area of ??reasonable evaluation index system. (4) According to the results of the empirical analysis in the paper, the rationality of bonded logistics park construction area targeted recommendations and opinions.
