Abstract


M \u0026 A as a strategic way of the external expansion by entrepreneurs of all ages , but frequent M \u0026 A activity has not been able to achieve the desired strategic objectives . Many reasons for M \u0026 A failures caused by post-merger integration has drawn increasing attention of managers and scholars . Post-merger integration after M \u0026 A value creation process integration directly determines the success of mergers and acquisitions can achieve value creation . This article was first established post-merger integration internal control processes , post-merger integration work is divided into pre - integrated assessment and planning and integration of the implementation of the two processes . The pre-integrated assessment and planning from the start due diligence , post-merger integration working group for further analysis on the mergers and acquisitions of both matching to determine the possibility of integration of the target company , and based on the evaluation results to make integration planning .
