Abstract


Substation automation system is divided into a centralized function - oriented design automation systems and hierarchical distributed object-oriented design automation system . A centralized substation automation systems used in the design , by backstage machines , the total control unit ( FEP ) and telemetry , remote signaling and remote control device , focus group screen installation . Power system communication protocol is the language of power system information transmission , IEC60870-5-101 Statute \official international standard , known as the remote communication protocol . 101 protocol communication software design in Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Sever 2008 development environment , using the C # language to be written . Firstly detailed analysis of the provisions for the 101 Statute frame format data transmission and the establishment of a dynamic model of the completion of the 101 protocol communication process . Then , the design using Socket programming method to achieve the establishment of the link layer , so that the the background machine and FEP asynchronous data transmission communication . Then explored in detail the application layer of the 101 Statute achieve 101 protocol the core part ASDU object programming , as well as how to package sending the data frame analysis of the the unpacked data frame C # source code analysis . Finally, the interface program and its functions further description . Remote command sync with the SQL Server database , the software provides a clear tables used to query and save substation automation system data , including telemetry , remote communication , remote contacts , remote data visually using remotely operated window execute arbitrary point No. API function to achieve time synchronization , access SQL Server database , and monitoring window displays messages , debugging result is correct .
