Abstract


With the sustained and rapid development , China's construction industry has rapidly developed into an important pillar industry of national economy , China's economic development has a pivotal role. Construction market has shown rapid development momentum, especially in recent years the state has increased infrastructure investment , expanding domestic demand. Meanwhile, as a labor-intensive industry, construction industry provides a lot of job opportunities. If any industry is too long in its territory flows within the industry is bound to cause instability and other negative factors . Psychological contract on the construction industry, the introduction of internal staff played an important role in psychological research , psychological contract through to turnover intention and job satisfaction analysis to understand the psychology staff and employees through human resource management solutions contrary to the hearts of factors that increase employee loyalty prevent the movement of persons . This article is from the Tianjin Institute of Architectural Design of a knowledge-based perspective of psychological contract employees on staff turnover intention and job satisfaction research , psychological contract is a mutual responsibility expectations , so this article through empirical analysis , interviews and questionnaires with combination of research methods , Tianjin Institute of Architectural Design of a knowledge-based description of the characteristics of employees , on the basis of the questionnaire through SPSS13.0 software for analysis, the knowledge worker psychological contract , and \employee Responsibilities \And on this basis that the organization 's internal staff turnover intention causes and reasons for low job satisfaction , and ultimately propose solutions and management recommendations .
