Abstract


Abstract: The characteristics of road infrastructure due to the country's economic development . Since reform and opening , China's remarkable achievements in highway construction , a prominent problem in highway investment and financing system is facing severe challenges. The United States has the world's most developed road network , road investment and financing system is also more perfect, therefore , this paper based on the theory of public goods provided by the economic attributes of highway -depth analysis , based on highway construction investment and financing economic attributes highway analytical framework ; through the U.S. Highway development and evolution of investment and financing policies exposition , the formation of U.S. Highway comprehensive understanding of investment and financing system ; in vertical and horizontal comparison on the basis of in-depth study U.S. Highway investment and financing system , and the use of the constructed analytical framework U.S. Highway investment and financing system for analysis and evaluation .
