Abstract


Objective: Exploring a way to build the model of The third-party accreditation institution of Healthcare organization in our County, is conducive to develop the healthcare for the nation , and to help the government improving the power efficiency,and is a social positive progress. This study is going to explore the way of establishing the method, theory and model of third-party accreditation institutions of Healthcare organization , on the basis of studying the experiences of third-party in hospital accreditation in and out of the abroad,and to provide a reference for The new round of hospital accreditation of the work carrying out to relevant administrative departments of health.?Methods: This study uses the literature analysis, depth interviews and expert consultation, combining theoretical analysis and practical method together, and go to four provinces in China of Jilin, Sichuan, Hainan, and Zhejiang for field research. Mainly learning from the Joint Commission (JC) of the United States, the German Cooperation for Transparency and Quality in Healthcare (KTQ), the Australia Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and the Institute for Medical Quality cum hospital accreditation organization of Taiwan,this study makes known of their structure establishing experience and development strategy, summer up their core strengths, combine with the practice of Hainan hospital accreditation and quality control center in China, analyze development bottleneck that in the specific environment of China we are facing, and finally make out the proposal of building the development strategies and models of the third-party accreditation institution of Healthcare organization.Results: We found the national legal support, excellent performance, absorption and update the public application of the standards is the main reason of the foreign third-party evaluation of organizational governing success; Hospital Accreditation Center of Hainan in China to make a bold attempt to face predicaments such as the third-party assessment cannot escape the government-leading , lack of operating funds, and the hospital managers not updating the concept of accreditation.Conclusion: Verifying experience, theoretical and practical problems,this study proposed a way to building the third-party accreditation institution contribution model: the laws of the State have to give the necessary support ,how to build our third-party accreditation institution’s organizational structure, financial operating model and staff ideas.
