Abstract


With quality information technology continues to evolve, the project quality management today faces unprecedented challenges, project quality management is towards the management of complex, fine technology, such as high-end information processing direction. Facing various IT requirements of traditional quality management approach there are a lot of drawbacks, it is difficult to meet the modern requirements of the project quality management. Therefore the introduction of management information systems, quality management is done. This thesis is based on the theories and methods of quality management information system, and the establishment of quality management-oriented information systems to adapt to the requirements of the total construction contracting business project quality management. First quality, quality management, management information systems and other related theoretical concepts are analyzed elaborate, pointed out the future trends of the quality of management information and quality management information system's role in the project management of the construction general contracting business, project quality management basic requirements have been described, and project quality processes specific analysis gave a brief description of its influencing factors. Then major research project quality management needs of the construction general contracting business analysis, quality management status described its construction general contracting business, put forward the need for quality management information system. The combined projects and implementing quality management and project quality inspection process, the system analyzes the content and features of the project quality management, developed on the basis of the overall structure of the design quality of management information systems. Information process module project quality management business processes and quality management module functional classification description. Make the enterprise quality data acquisition finishing, complete quality testing, the quality of incident handling, quality inspection and other functions. In particular, the above function optimization and improvement, and implement the regulatory requirements of the enterprise quality management, to overcome quality management blind spots in the construction process, provides enterprise quality management effectively guaranteed. Finally, the quality of management information systems functional design, including system design environment requirements, systems architecture design, the structural design of the various functional modules, database design, input / output design, interface design, the summary of this quality management information system for system design features. Quality management information system design methodology research combined with the actual conduct of the overall structural design of realistic guiding significance on the process of information construction general contracting business process model solutions for the similar enterprise information system has good reference.
