Abstract


The continuous development of social economy led to great changes in the business environment, changes in the business environment will facilitate its management philosophy and methods change. Therefore, in order to make an objective and impartial evaluation of the body to evaluate its operating results, theories and methods of performance evaluation is also brewing significant reforms. Power industry is the country's basic industries, has long been the national industrial policy support and all levels of government attaches great importance but also by the attention of investors, the stock market has become a unique plate. So how scientific evaluation of their performance has become a hot topic of many scholars. In this paper, empirical analysis, the use of statistical principles for a comprehensive evaluation index selection, and to determine its weight, the final synthesis of multi-indicators in order to analyze the power industry operating results of listed companies. This total is divided into five chapters of the power industry's operating results of listed companies to elaborate. The first part is the Chapter 1 introduces the purpose and significance of the article, and then summarized and listed companies in the power industry's operating results related research status, and finally the article using research methods. Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis of this article, is the full text of the bedding, the first results of operations related concepts elaborated Second, from the assessment principles, content and methods of evaluation were discussed in three aspects. Chapter 3 is the core part of the article, mainly for China's power industry, operating results of listed companies a comprehensive index analysis, and introduced China's power industry development basic situation of listed companies to report in 2009, based on selected 20 representative of furniture of listed companies as samples, from a financial targets for the electricity sector analysis of listed companies. Chapter 4 analyzes financial indicators Guodian Corporation, select a comparison of representative power industry companies - GD Power Corporation, and from the solvency, operations, profitability and capacity development in four areas constructed ROE, net assets per share and earnings per share for the evaluation of the operating performance evaluation system, through the GD Corporation empirical analysis to identify the main factors in its operating results and the main factors for the related countermeasures proposed .
