Abstract


In the whole process of investment control of construction projects, the design phase is to determine the success of the entire project investment control crucial stage. However, China has long construction field, generally to focus on the construction phase - construction drawing budget audit, settlement, while ignoring the design phase of cost control, although doing so will get some results, but after a limited role, the construction phase The project cost savings that can be compared to the construction of the entire project investment efficiency is just inadequate. Therefore, in order to effectively control the construction cost, it is necessary to shift the focus firmly to control the early stages of construction projects to come, especially as the construction of good investment ceiling preparation of design estimates, only take precautions in order to achieve a multiplier effect . Today China's construction industry is in rapid development period, but targeted at improving the quality of design estimates is still a weak link in the design and budget cost estimates there is a big deviation, resulting in project investment runaway phenomenon to occur. This design estimates for the research to improve quality and perfect design estimates audit provides a practical significance. In this paper, the development status of foreign design estimates as the starting point, learn from Britain, America and Japan design estimates of research, analysis of project cost estimates in the design field gaps. Through theoretical analysis of design estimates, preparation of design estimates delve into the content, preparation principles, the preparation procedures and the preparation method. Combined with China's current development status of construction work outside the industry made great importance to investigate, to ensure the quality of preparation of the information; improve the accuracy of the construction organization design; positive development of the whole process of project cost consulting several projects designed to improve the accuracy of estimates approach while emphasizing the importance of design estimates review process required in the implementation of its attention. This article focuses on the design estimates combined with neural networks, by means of the actual project collected a large number of engineering data, quantitative analysis on the design estimates, the eventual establishment of RBF neural network design verification model estimates, designed to practical engineering design estimates inspection work to provide a novel and efficient method. Operation of the system through MATLAB toolbox result, ultimately proves that the method can be a practical work to improve the quality of design estimates, improve audit efficiency estimates of reference.
