Abstract


Software project relative to other projects, more systematic , complex and technically demanding higher and results of the project is an information and other more abstract to reflect technological achievements , the standard measure of technological achievements is not fixed . Especially with the rapid development of the software industry , the scale of the larger and more complex projects , project risks attendant has become even more difficult to control. Therefore, the software project risk management has become a software technology factors, determine the key to success of the project risk management is increasingly becoming a software project systematized and standardized management of urgent needs. Only through systematic and scientific risk management in order to reduce software project outcomes uncertainty of the unknown , and be able to predict in advance and avoid the unknown nature of this and the losses caused to the project , and ultimately ensure the smooth realization of software project goals . How software project risk factors were analyzed and effectively avoid risks, to achieve a smooth and successful is a software project risk management is one of the main topics . In this paper, the software project risk management research to analyze the situation , based on the first study of the software project risk management problems in a brief summary. By combining the characteristics of a software project development process for software risk analysis , targeted to reveal their risk of particularity. Through risk management and software project management relations expounded systematically enhanced software project risk management significance and effect , by extension, how to solve the software project risk management issues . Through the above comparison , synthesis and analysis, and gradually built up a project to combine practical, proactive , full software project risk management models . Finally, specific software project management case studies to demonstrate risk management theory models the effective application in practice .
