Abstract


Quality is the life of the project , is the owner realized investment gains protection. Quality is not only related to the project 's functionality , use value , but also to the national interest , people's lives and property safety. As power grid enterprises , power transmission project is the construction work of the most important components. Into the 21st century , the rapid development of electric power construction , power transmission project construction has made great achievements . Transmission project has its own characteristics , power transmission construction projects on the success of a country's economic growth and social development has a significant impact. Not only related to the quality of its engineering major grid safe operation of equipment , but also related to the electrical safety of operating personnel , resulting in poor quality of construction project quality accident or latent risks the consequences are disastrous. Therefore, power transmission engineering construction projects, the need to strengthen the management of the quality of construction work to ensure that the construction project quality , efficient standard production handover .
