The success or failure of the construction of the power engineering items mouth has a major impact on a country's economic growth and social development . With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up , the rapid economic development , near children years the rapid increase in demand for electricity , the power load is seriously overloaded , the power shortages that power cuts have become more frequent phenomenon formed , sustained economic development and people's normal life major obstacles . From the power project risk , risk assessment in China are also at the stage of development , poor awareness of the risks of the project managers , poor risk management capabilities , power engineering project management, risk evaluation needs to be further in-depth , power projects risk assessment as an important subject gradually the interest and attention of the majority of enterprises and scholars . In this paper, power engineering items mouth risk as the research object , first introduced the Theory of Risk Management and Power Engineering entry port risk management theory , analysis of the risk characteristics of the power projects , as well as the main factors , and risk management models to build a power project , the use of modern risk management theory , respectively, from the power engineering project risk identification, risk assessment, risk should be targeted to study power engineering project risk management . Finally, an example of a power project , using the gray fuzzy theory analysis of the risk factors and the risk level of the electric power projects , in which the level of risk for the Project , and concludes with suggestions for further improvement . The results of this research has played a positive role in promoting the smooth realization of the risk assessment of a power project , and of certain other enterprise risk management issues .
