Abstract


This article is based on the Power Generation Group company , combined with the protection of the status quo of China 's coal supply system construction experience to learn from developed countries , coal reserves on the basis of , first of all the need to start from the coal supply chain definition and blending Reserve Center building , through the specific impact factors of the coal logistics network analysis , focusing on the LD-CED - based network mode Power Generation Group Company coal logistics network layout ; Secondly , based on the features of the large coal blending Reserve Center , constructed reservoir blending center site selection evaluation index system, as a the regional coal blending Reserve Center site power generation group decision-making basis ; third, the establishment of regional coal demand forecasting model , by example , to analyze and demonstrate the predicted results for the regulatory regions Chu blending center inventory plans to provide a reference ; Finally, we discuss the optimization model of the coal transportation network with coal blending Reserve Center as the core , to achieve the purpose of optimizing existing coal logistics network .
